EIS providers launch specialist platform

High-net-worth wrap provider Platform One and Seed EIS are to launch an integrated platform for Enterprise Investment Schemes.

The platform will allow sophisticated investors and advisers to find, select and hold seed EIS schemes. EIS schemes qualify for 50% tax relief and potentially up to a further 28% saving on capital gains tax under the government's new initiative to help finance start-up companies.
