Hargreaves to reveal RDR pricing as revenues hit record

Hargreaves Lansdown is set to reveal a new pricing structure to reflect changes brought about by the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), as it reported record revenues for the three months to the end of September.

The group said it had successfully modelled a post-RDR fee structure it believes will be competitive for clients. It will communicate the changes at a later date. Hargreaves reported revenue, assets under administration and client numbers had achieved record levels during the quarter. Revenue rose to a record for any quarter which, at £68.7m, was up 20% on the previous year. The percentage of recurring revenue also increased to a record 82%, Hargreaves said.
