Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has hired Marion Stommel from institutional house WestLB Mellon Asset Management (WMAM) as its new head of credit, following the departure of Christophe Tamet.
Tamet left LGIM earlier this year to pursue a new opportunity in the industry. In her new role, Stommel will be tasked with developing LGIM's investment grade credit capability. Previously she headed up WMAM's credit team and helped drive the development of its international business.
