Credit Suisse strategist joins Pictet

Credit Suisse's Luca Paolini has joined Pictet Asset Management as chief strategist.

Paolini will be based in London and will report to head of asset allocation and quantitative investments, Oliver Ginguené. He previously held a position as director in the global equity strategy team at Credit Suisse. Ginguené said: "Luca will help us provide clients with the insights they need to navigate volatile financial markets, through regular tactical asset allocation briefings with clients and consultants globally. "Luca will be working alongside Patrick Zweifel, our chief economist, and Steve Donze, who focuses on macrostrategy."
