AXA Framlington EM Talents manager quits

Guillaume de Corbiac, manager of the AXA WF Framlington Emerging Markets Talents fund, has left the firm to pursue other opportunities.

De Corbiac had been manager of the €155m fund since early 2009, and was back up manager from its inception in September 2005 until the end of 2008. The fund has been taken over by Charles Firmin Didot, founder and CIO of the Talents strategies and lead manager on the €189m AXA WF Framlington Talents fund, a global equity SICAV. A spokesperson for AXA IM said there are no plans to replace de Corbiac, who left the firm last month.
