Schroders expands low cost range with fund for Kyrklund

Schroders has converted its Diversified Target Return fund into a third low cost fund, Schroder Dynamic Multi-Asset.

The original fund, which Schroders conceded had not sold well, taking just £8.6m since launching three years ago, will be converted into the Dynamic Multi-Asset fund in August. The new fund, to be run by head of multi-asset Johanna Kyrklund, is aiming to return CPI inflation plus 4% per annum net of fees, on a rolling five-year basis. Part of its low cost range, the fund's D unit class - offered via platforms - will have a total expense ratio capped at 50 basis points.
