Buxton warns on ECB and Fed ‘policy mismatch'

The policy mismatch between the US and European central banks could cause serious headwinds for financial markets, Schroder's Richard Buxton has warned.

Speaking at Incisive Media’s Senate conference in South Africa last week, the head of UK equities said the failure of the European Central Bank and politicians to come up with a solution to the European financial crisis was a major concern. “The eurozone debt crisis has clearly not gone away.
