LGT to launch fund of managed futures funds

LGT Capital Partners is launching a Ucits-compliant version of its Crown Managed Futures fund next month.

Its flagship $670m Crown fund has returned 10.5% annually since launching in October 2000, compared to -2.1% from the MSCI World index. The Ucits III product will provide access to hedge fund managers trading commodities, equities, fixed income and foreign exchange. It will offer weekly liquidity.
