Insynergy links with Reliance for India fund

Insynergy Investment Management has teamed up with Reliance Capital Asset Management in Singapore to launch the Ucits-compliant Absolute India equities fund.

The long/short fund, due to launch in April, complements Insynergy's Absolute China fund, managed by Michael Lai at GAM, which was announced last week. Spike Hughes, chief executive and founder of Insynergy, says China and India each have important roles to play in investors' portfolios. He says: "India and China share many characteristics. Both are, by any measure, huge countries - rapidly expanding for decades, and forecast to continue doing so.
