Henderson Strategic Bond fund surpasses £500m

Henderson Strategic Bond, managed by John Pattullo and Jenna Barnard, has surpassed £500m in assets under management.

The fund, which launched in November 2003, had about £280m in AUM at the same time last year. It has enjoyed relatively consistent performance since launch, sitting top quartile over five years and second quartile over one and three years. Over five years, the vehicle is up 16.3%, compared to a 4.1% rise for the IMA Strategic Bond sector. Over one year, the fund is down 4.7%, against an average 6.2% sector decline.
