BlackRock's Bob Doll does not think the Fed will increase rates at its next policy meeting or any time soon, contrary to the general consensus. While the global equities CIO is cautiously optimistic on the outlook for the US economy, he believes the recent correction in the equity markets will continue and inflation will remain at around zero in the near term.
