Credit Suisse has hired fund of funds (Fof) manager Scott Spencer, having lost a member of its multi-manager team to Schroders. The group has recruited Spencer from investment boutique Berkeley to replace Julian Sutton as assistant fund manager on the team, headed up by Gary Potter and Robert Burdett. Sutton, who had been with Potter and Burdett for two years, left to join Andrew Yeadon on the multi-manager team at Schroders. At Schroders, Sutton takes up the role of senior fund manager.
