Lloyds TSB's smart card access for its online business banking service, Key, is on target for widespread launch later this year, following seven months of testing. Customers can register online to use Key. Lloyds TSB then prints the submitted form and sends it to them to be signed. Once it has been returned, and adequate security checks are carried out, a welcome pack is issued by Schlumberger, the bank's technology partner on the project.
