Andrew Green of GAM was named as UK Growth fund manager of the year as well as being presented with an award for outstanding achievement. Against a background of a struggling UK markets, Green, along with Simon Knott, winner of the UK smaller companies award, both produced strong positive returns well in excess of their peer group averages.
