Mercater Capital Management has launched a distribution-style fund of funds (Fof) and halved the minimum investment level for its four existing UK retail investment strategies. The Mercater Capital Management Distribution Portfolio will feature 10-12 funds with 50% of assets in property, 30% in fixed interest and 20% in equities - all primarily UK income funds. The target yield will be 4.6%. The minimum investment for its strategies and the Fof is £50,000.The initial fee is 4%, with an annual charge of 1.5%.
