Boutique's Global income fund to have a natural bias to uk equities
James Harries is to run a global income fund yielding more than 4% for Veritas, the boutique set up by former Newton CIO Charles Richardson and founder Stewart Newton. The fund launches on 1 March but the offer period runs from 1 February until 28 February. Harries, who left Newton last year where he was manager of its Falcon fund, is already running a model portfolio of the forthcoming Veritas Global Income fund. With a natural bias towards UK equities, the fund features a firm buy threshold for a stock yielding more than 15% of the FTSE All-Share, no matter where the stock is listed. ...
