Arlington Securities has launched a UK fund of funds that invests in a range of balanced and specialist property portfolios. The fund will invest in collectives with a low- to medium-risk profile and the group aims to raise £250m. Arlington said it is aiming to outperform the HSBC/AREF All Balanced Fund index by 50 basis points a year on a three-year rolling basis. The UK Fund of Funds is the second launch from the group, which brought its eurozone Fund of Funds to the market in July 2006.
