Octopus is offering the third in its Titan VCT series, investing in up to 30 unquoted UK companies. Titan VCT 3 is seeking to raise up to £25m in the 2008/2009 tax year. This follows the demand seen by the group's Titan twin VCT, which has raised over £30m since launch last November. Like the previous Titan trusts, the typical deal size of any investment will range from £500,000 to £2m with emphasis on opportunities within key market growth sectors.
