South African group Stanlib is offering a fund investing entirely in emerging market property shares to take advantage of the region's burgeoning mortgage market. Evan Jankelovitz will manage the group's third fund for UK investors, following two African equity launches last year. Stanlib is the asset management arm of Standard Bank, the largest financial services group in South Africa. It currently has a range of over 40 funds available to local investors and established a UK office in 2007 to extend its distribution here.
