Meteor and Arc have brought their latest offerings to the burgeoning structured product market, one linked to property and the other paying up to 8.6% a year. Meteor's six-year Property Recovery Plan is based on the FTSE EPRA Europe index, which tracks global companies that invest in property. The product pays out 10.5% after one year provided the index is at or above its opening level. If not, the plan will offer 21% at year two, 31.5% at year three, 42% after four years, 52.5% after five and 63% at six, maturing whenever the index is higher.
