Paul Kafka, director of corporate communications at Fidelity, is leaving the group at the end of July to take up a similar role at the London Stock Exchange. Kafka, who has been at the group for more than seven years, will be replaced by Joerg Moberg, the current head of Fidelity's German IFA business.
