Norwich Portfolio becomes Balanced Managed

Norwich Union has changed the name of its Portfolio fund to better reflect its investment strategy.

The fund, now called the Norwich Balanced Managed, sits in the Balanced Managed sector. Run by Steve Cleal, the portfolio invests in global equities and bonds. For the year to 20 February 2006 it returned 18.2% bid to bid against a sector average of 19.4%.
