Key multi-managers are beginning to unwind the cash and bond positions they took late last year

Leading multi-managers are unwinding cash and bond positions built up at the end of 2007, although Jupiter's John Chatfeild-Roberts is maintaining heavy gilt weightings in his income portfolio. Schroders' Andrew Yeadon and Thames River's Gary Potter and Rob Burdett all moved back into the equity market following the Federal Reserve's decision to slash interest rates by 0.75%.
