Seven Investment Management has converted its cautious fund into an income portfolio and added multiple retail share classes to accommodate distribution. The CF 7IM Income fund will invest in government bonds, corporate bonds, UK and international equities and commercial property. Approximately 50% of the fund will be in a segregated mandate managed by Evergreen International Advisers, targeting yield from a diversified portfolio of international fixed interest securities, including some non-investment grade.
