Matrix has brought to market a property backed Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) designed to raise funds to develop the new home of Hampshire County Cricket Club. The firm, Rose Bowl plc, aims to raise £5m by the closing date of 31 March 2002 and will aim to return 9% a year to investors partly funded by the cricket club's operating revenue. The minimum individual investment is £2,000 for non-members of the cricket club and £250 for members. The minimum total subscription for the offer to proceed is £2.4m.
