Development Capital Management (DCM) has launched a fund that will invest off-plan in holiday property in Bulgaria. The seven-year Black Sea Property fund, which will invest in early-stage residential seaside and ski region developments, estimates the first five years will be for investment and the following two for realising assets. Investors have the option of buying either property shares or capital protected units with the latter aiming to have an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 41.2% per annum and the former an annual IRR of 12.2%.
