• Tony Maddock has joined Axa Investment Managers as director of retail sales. Reporting to head of UK retail and Axa Multimanager Simon Ellis, Maddock will be responsible for growing the group's funds under management through sales in the UK market. He joins from BNP Paribas Asset Management, where he has been head of sales and marketing since 1999. • RMB MultiManagers has launched a US Small Cap Equity fund to be benchmarked against the Russell 2000 small-cap index.
