Brenda Reed is to take over the management of the Fidelity Managed International fund from 1 November. Incumbent manager Richard Haberman has run the portfolio for more than six years. He will to stay with Fidelity and continue running assets for the company. Reed, who also manages the A-rated Fidelity Global Focus fund, has been with the group for 11 years. While she is also a growth-biased manager, Fidelity said she will bring a more pragmatic and less "extreme growth at a reasonable price" philosophy to the portfolio.
