Charles Stanley Stockbrokers has recruited four brokers from Durlacher. Peter Rawlings, Gordon Martin, Harvey Rawlings and Mark Withers will join the company, which is re-focusing its presence in Sussex and Kent. Charles Stanley has opened a new office in Brighton where the new recruits will be based.
