Unexpected late deal results in Kearney and Duce led CSAM 12-fund multi-manager range being included in Aberdeen acquisition

The Credit Suisse multi-manager fund range, headed by Aidan Kearney and Graham Duce, will move to the enlarged Aberdeen group, Investment Week understands. In an eleventh-hour deal, Aberdeen will now take on the 12-fund range, which has nearly £840m in assets under management. The CSAM multi-manager fund range was not initially part of Aberdeen's £250m all-share transaction, which will see the Martin Gilbert-led firm grow its assets under management by about £40bn.
