Midas' Martin Gray is considering several changes to his Arcturus fund of funds portfolio, including slashing underperforming property holdings. The £58m fund is soon to be renamed CF Midas Target following Miton Optimal's merger with Midas Capital. It has around 15% exposure to property, one of the asset classes hardest hit by the credit crunch. Gray said: "We want to reduce our property exposure but with prices the way they are now, we are not looking to do it straight away."
