Legg Mason has appointed Ajay Dayal and Nuria Ribas-Lequerica to its investment specialist team in London. Dayal joins from ABN Amro, where he was global product specialist for emerging markets equities since 2006. He will take responsibility for Legg Mason’s international equity products in the onshore and offshore fund ranges. Ribas-Lequerica has joined as fixed income product specialist from Aberdeen Asset Management, having joined her former employer during the acquisition of Deutsche Asset Management’s fixed income business in 2005.
