J O Hambro Capital Management has hired Nudgem Richyal to co-manage its Global and EAFE strategies to launch later this year. Richyal, who joins on 16 June, will begin setting up the strategies before Chris Lees starts in September. The pair worked together at Barings on a global and an EAFE proposition, and Richyal was also responsible for the group’s $1.2bn Baring Latin America fund. JOHCM’s Global Selects and International Selects funds will come to the market in October.
