Close Investments is the latest group to suspend trading on a property vehicle, imposing a moratorium on its Property Investment Portfolio (Closepip), which will remain in place for an indefinite period. Dealing has also been suspended in the Active Commercial Estate (ACE) sub-fund, in which Closepip is a majority shareholder. Restrictions on both vehicles are effective immediately.
