Canada Life has added two funds to its life and pension product range. Launched on 28 February this year, the funds are Canlife Index Linked and Canlife Managed Distribution portfolios. The Index Linked Fund is managed by Bill Harer and aims to maximise returns by investing mainly in index linked bonds issued by the UK Government but also in bonds issued by non-UK governments. It carries a management fee of 0.20% per annum. The second offering, Managed Distribution, will sit in the Cautious Managed sector and be run by Jeff Richards.
