F&C has hired Urban Larson as a director on its Latin American Equities team. Larson leaves Baring Asset Management where he managed the group’s Latin American fund and worked on the Global Emerging Markets portfolio. With 12 years of investment experience, Larson will join F&C in April to work on the Latin American and emerging equity portfolios under Jeff Chowdhry. Meanwhile, Frank O’Donnell has joined Hendersons as associate sales director to cover the north of England and Scotland.
