Credit Suisse’s Tremont AllHedge Index fund is now available to UK investors. The fund was launched in March 2008 and tracks the Credit Suisse/Tremont AllHedge Index which is diversified across 10 style-based sectors. Credit Suisse said the fund provides access to hedge fund strategies in a cost-efficient way and eliminates the process of manager selection. The fund is a US dollar-denominated, Luxembourg Sicav which was developed after the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) declared hedge fund indices eligible under a Ucits III structure.
