Investec has made two hires in the form of Mark Sloan as an analyst and Darren Hymos for the strategic alliance sales team. Sloan will join the 4factor global equities team reporting to James Hand, head of 4factor research and will cover the consumer sectors. He leaves his analyst post at M&G where he has worked joining the graduate programme in 2001. Hymos will be head of nationals, networks and employee benefit consultants, reporting to Mark James, director of strategic alliances. He previously worked at Scottish Widows and Scottish Life.
