BlackRock has suffered the second manager departure in its emerging markets team in about a month, with Plamen Monovski leaving the company, Investment Weeks understands. Monovski, the lead manager on the £136m BlackRock Emerging Markets fund, has departed the firm just weeks after the exit of Alain Bourrier. Bourrier, Monovski and Will Landers had worked on the Emerging Markets fund since May 2005 - before Bourrier's departure sparked a reshuffle which saw Monovski take lead control of the vehicle.
