Fidelity International has appointed two senior research analysts as managers on its UK Growth and UK Aggressive funds. Tom Ewing, who will run UK Growth, was formerly an analyst with a particular focus on natural resources. Aruna Karunathilake, currently a UK equity manager and researcher, will move on to the UK Aggressive fund. Both Ewing and Karunathilake have been running pilot portfolios and segments of funds up to now. They replace Carlos Moreno and Mark Hodges, who will focus on their other mandates.
