Dubai’s Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has withdrawn Forsyth Partners’ licence to operate within its jurisdiction because the firm did not meet regulatory capital requirements Forsyth’s Dubai sales and distribution office is to close and subsidiary company Forsyth Middle East also had its licence revoked.
