Henderson Group has this morning confirmed it is considering a re-domicile to Ireland for tax reasons. In last year’s pre-Budget report, it was announced the Treasury would cut the rate of corporate tax from 30% to 28%, but several listed asset managers have indicated they would look to re-domicile outside of the UK in search of more advantageous tax regimes.
