Benedict Lawson has joined Alliance Trust Asset Management as director, business development. He comes from Seven Investment Management (7IM), with a mandate to help build and expand the asset management business across a range of products and services. Lawson helped found 7IM in 2001 and his main role involved the development of institutional investment management and wrap solutions. Prior to this, he was a senior investment advisor with Barclays Stockbrokers.
