The Jupiter management team and US private equity group TA Associates have completed their acquisition of the Jupiter Group from Commerzbank AG. The £740m management buyout has been approved by the FSA, and sees Jupiter and TA Associates take joint ownership of the Jupiter Group, with Jupiter’s management holding a majority stake in the business.
