Financial adviser Cavendish Young is looking to roll out further limited liability partnerships (LLPs) in the coming months following the launch of its first commercial property syndicate. The group is working in tandem with lawyer Stephenson Harwood and surveyors Bushe Gower to provide an FSA-compliant LLP structure for clients keen to invest in direct property. The syndicates will typically look for between two and 10 investors and buy properties valued in the £0.5m-£5m range.
