Framlington UK Small Cap manager Roger Whiteoak is taking bets on the resources sector and the future of the Aim index. Whiteoak, who joined the group from Rathbones, where he had built up a strong reputation as a small-cap manager, is convinced the resources sector is in a pre-bubble phase, which he describes as similar to where tech stocks were 10 years ago.
