Asset class could see a correction of 10% in next few months as inflows top all other sectors
High yield credit is currently enjoying heightened interest as predictions over its future performance are mounting on both a UK and global basis. Schroders' head of US fixed income Wesley Sparks says the global high yield space could see a correction of at least 10% in the next few months. He adds the sector has seen some of the biggest inflows and best performance of any sector, with $19bn into high yield funds in the US alone this year, but says that could reverse in the near future.
