Skagen Kon-Tiki co-manager departs

Ross Porter, a co-manager of the €6.32bn emerging market focused Skagen Kon-Tiki fund, has decided to leave the group after 13 years.

Porter, who has been at Skagen since September 2000, has served as co-manager on Kon-Tiki since August 2011. Skagen has no plans to replace Porter on the Kon-Tiki strategy at this time, according to a notice to investors. The remaining Skagen Kon-Tiki team is Kristoffer Stenstrud, Knut Harald Nilsson, Catherine Gether and Erik Landgraff. Porter is expected to take some time off from fund management before exploring new opportunities.
