Global equity ETFs back in black as inflows hit €7bn in July

July saw a reversal of fortunes for global stocks ETFs, which enjoyed inflows of €7bn during the month after suffering outflows of €359m in June, according to TrackInsight data.

Stronger sentiment could be seen among most equity segments, with US Large Cap Stocks ETFs coming close second with total sales of €6.4bn.  Since the beginning of the year, global stocks ETFs have now taken in €28bn, while large-cap US equity products have attracted nearly €20bn. The only equity segment that continued to lag peers last month was Emerging Stocks, with outflows rising from €1.1bn in June to €2.5bn in July, making it the biggest laggard for the second month in a row.
