I often get asked whether we have entered a bull market for corporate bonds, particularly as out of the whole downward leg of the current economic cycle the worst quarter, in terms of global growth, will certainly prove to have been Q1 2009. While I do not foresee a raging bull, I think the answer at last is 'yes' because of the market overall and, perhaps more interestingly, a specific opportunity from an unloved segment of the market.
